I got an email back saying they needed proof so could I send them some pictures. The pictures needed are the box, the disk, the bonus code and the receipt which is all well and good apart from the fact that I threw the receipt as I thought I wouldn't need it. As a result I now miss out on the bonus maps and other goodies I should have received :(
